Ostomy Supplies

For our Ostomy products we carry Hollister and Convatec brands.  Most insurances policies will cover these products, of course the amount will be determined due to deductibles and copays. Urological Supplies

Our product brands including Bard and Cure for those requiring internal and external catheters and drainage bags. Most insurances policies will cover these products, of course the amount will be determined due to deductibles and copays. Wound Care

We carry an abundance of wound care products available for the treatment of ulcers and surgical wounds.   Typically, these are prescribed by a patient’s medical doctor.   We keep an extensive stock for some of our more commonly prescribed wound care products, however we also drop-ship these products at no additional charge.   Once an order is placed through the drop-ship program it will typically be delivered to the patient’s door step within 1 to 2 business days.

Breast Pumps & Accessories

Many breast pumps and their accessories are covered under insurance plans, of course the amount will be determined due to deductibles and copays. Give us a call today to see what your options are.

  • Is a prescription required?

    You will need a prescription from your doctor if you are seeking insurance reimbursement.   We offer competitive cash prices for those interested in retail transactions or without insurance coverage. 

  • Will my insurance cover medical/surgical products?

    While insurance companies will generally cover the majority of the supplies listed above it is always a good idea to check your coverage before purchase. 

  • How does the drop ship program work?

    Products you use on a recurring need, we will contact you each month to determine if you are ready for your next shipment. If you are ready and are eligible to receive your next shipment, we will handle all of the details and process your order. Your order will typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days, delivered by UPS or FedEx to your front door. You don’t even need to be home to sign for it! The drop ship program is free of charge for all insurance claims and is typically our preferred method of delivery. 

  • Can you just ship my order to me automatically every month?

    Insurance guidelines prohibit us from automatically shipping any supplies. We are required to get consent and verify that your current supply is depleted and that you need more.

  • I need one of the products above today. Do you have them in store?

    We do stock a wide assortment of our most frequently ordered products.  However, the drop ship program is our preferred method for your convenience.
